Agricultural technology fails when it is designed for urban assumptions — reliable data connectivity, English interfaces, smartphones as a given, and users available year-round rather than in intense seasonal bursts.

We build agritech with the actual operating environment as the starting point: offline capability, regional language interfaces, and workflows that account for the fact that at harvest nobody has time for a complicated screen.

Farm and crop management

Plot mapping with area calculation, crop cycle planning, input application recording for seed, fertiliser and crop protection, irrigation scheduling, and yield recording against plot and season.

Where sensor infrastructure exists, soil moisture and weather station data feed irrigation and spray timing recommendations. Where it does not, we build capture that works from observation without pretending to precision that is not there.

Procurement and aggregation

For companies buying from farmers — processors, exporters, FPOs and cooperatives — we build farmer registration and KYC, procurement at collection centres with weighing and quality grading integration, price calculation against grade and contract terms, and payment processing directly to farmer accounts.

Payment transparency matters here. Farmers who can see exactly how their payment was calculated, including deductions, are far less likely to dispute it, and trust is a genuine commercial asset in aggregation businesses.

Traceability

Export markets and organic certification increasingly require farm-to-shipment traceability: plot of origin, input applications with dates, harvest records, batch consolidation and processing history.

We build this so certification audits are a data export rather than a scramble through paper records, and so a residue query can be traced back to a specific application on a specific plot.

Advisory and extension

Crop advisory delivered by SMS, voice or app in regional languages, weather alerts, pest and disease warnings by region, and market price information. Delivery channel choice matters more than content quality — advisory that requires a smartphone app reaches a fraction of the audience that voice and SMS do.

Designing for the environment

Offline-first data capture with sync when connectivity is available. Regional language interfaces built properly with correct script rendering rather than transliteration. Large touch targets for outdoor use. Low battery consumption. And interfaces that assume varying literacy, using icons and voice where text would exclude people.
