Retail complexity is rarely about any single system. It is about keeping stock, pricing and customer identity consistent when a business sells through stores, a website, a marketplace and increasingly a messaging channel — each of which wants to be the source of truth.

We build retail technology around a single authoritative inventory and customer record, with channels reading from and writing to it rather than maintaining separate versions that drift apart.

What we build

Point of sale that stays operational when the internet does not — billing offline with local queuing and automatic sync on reconnection, since a store that cannot bill is losing revenue by the minute.

Inventory management across locations with stock transfers, cycle counting, batch and expiry tracking where applicable, reorder automation and valuation.

Omnichannel order management supporting buy-online-pickup-in-store, ship-from-store, endless aisle and cross-channel returns, with allocation logic that considers proximity, stock cover and fulfilment cost.

Loyalty and CRM with unified customer identity across channels, points or tiers, targeted offers and purchase history available to store staff at the counter.

Stock accuracy

Most retail problems trace back to inventory accuracy. We attack it with reservation logic during checkout to prevent overselling, disciplined handling of stock movements, cycle counting workflows that fit into normal store operations, and exception reporting that surfaces discrepancies while they can still be investigated.

Marketplace listings are updated from the same authoritative count, with buffers configurable per channel so a high-velocity marketplace does not oversell during a sync window.

Pricing and promotions

Pricing rules get complicated quickly: channel-specific pricing, store-level overrides, time-bound promotions, bundles, quantity breaks and loyalty-tier pricing. We build a rules engine that evaluates these predictably with a defined precedence order, so staff can explain a price rather than escalating it.

Compliance and reporting

GST-compliant invoicing with correct HSN codes and rate mapping by product category, e-invoicing where turnover thresholds apply, and returns data that reconciles without manual adjustment. Reporting covers sell-through, margin by category, stock cover, shrinkage and staff performance.
