An online store is an operations problem wearing a marketing costume. The storefront is the visible part, but revenue depends just as much on catalogue accuracy, stock synchronisation, payment success rates and how quickly a picking list reaches the warehouse.
We build e-commerce platforms with both halves treated seriously, whether that is a direct-to-consumer brand, a B2B ordering portal with contract pricing, or a multi-vendor marketplace.
Conversion is engineering, not decoration
Most abandoned carts have unglamorous causes: a slow product page, a checkout demanding account creation, shipping cost revealed at the last step, or a payment method the customer does not have. We work through these systematically — fast catalogue pages, guest checkout, costs shown early, and a payment mix matched to the market.
For India that means UPI treated as a first-class option rather than an afterthought, plus cards, net banking, wallets and — for many categories — cash on delivery with the fraud controls that makes necessary.
Catalogue at scale
Catalogues get unwieldy quickly. We build variant handling that copes with real product structures, attribute-driven faceted search that stays fast at tens of thousands of SKUs, bulk import and update workflows, and media pipelines that generate correctly sized, modern-format images automatically.
B2B requirements
Business buyers need different mechanics from consumers: customer-specific price lists, minimum order quantities and pack sizes, credit limits and payment terms, quotation-to-order conversion, reordering from history, and multi-user accounts with approval workflows. We build these as first-class features rather than plugins fighting a consumer-oriented core.
Logistics and post-purchase
We integrate with the carriers and aggregators you actually use — Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and others — for rate calculation, label generation, pickup scheduling and tracking. Serviceability checks by pincode run at the cart stage so customers are not disappointed after paying.
Returns are built as a proper workflow with reason capture, approval, reverse pickup and refund processing, because for most categories returns volume determines whether the unit economics work.
Custom or platform
Shopify or WooCommerce is frequently the right answer, particularly early on, and we will implement either. Custom becomes worthwhile when transaction fees at your volume outweigh a build, when you need deep ERP integration, when the business model is unusual, or when platform constraints are actively blocking things you need to do.
