Applications that survive the field

Driver and rider applications run all day on inexpensive phones in areas with unreliable connectivity. We build them offline-first: the day's assignments are downloaded, captures are stored locally, and sync happens opportunistically.

Battery consumption is a design constraint, since an app that drains a phone by mid-afternoon simply stops being used. We tune location polling frequency against accuracy requirements rather than tracking continuously by default.

Route optimisation with real constraints

Useful routing accounts for what actually constrains a delivery run: time windows, vehicle capacity by weight and volume, load sequencing so the first delivery is not at the back, driver hours, and area familiarity. We build against these constraints rather than optimising distance alone, which produces routes that look efficient and fail in practice.

Documentation and compliance

Indian goods movement requires e-way bills with correct validity and vehicle updates, and multi-state movement adds documentation complexity. We build e-way bill generation and part-B updates into the dispatch flow, with alerts before expiry — because a vehicle detained over an expired e-way bill is an expensive, entirely avoidable event.

Visibility for customers

Most status-chasing calls exist because the customer cannot see anything. We build tracking that shows genuine progress, proactive notification when something slips, and accurate delivery windows rather than optimistic ones — which reduces both call volume and disputes.
