Inventory accuracy is the foundation everything else in an operation depends on. When stock records are wrong, procurement over-orders, sales promises what does not exist, and finance reports a valuation that will not survive an audit.

Our platform is built to keep the number right, through disciplined movement recording and workflows warehouse staff will actually follow.

Location and bin management

Multi-warehouse support with zone, aisle, rack and bin structure. Every stock movement is recorded against a specific location, so counting is a targeted check rather than a search. Put-away suggestions direct incoming stock to appropriate locations based on velocity, product characteristics and available space.

Barcode-driven operations

Receiving, put-away, transfers, picking, packing and dispatch all run through scanning rather than typing. This is the single largest contributor to accuracy — transcription error effectively disappears, and each step is faster than manual entry, which is what makes staff adopt it rather than work around it.

Handheld terminals and inexpensive Android devices with camera scanning are both supported.

Batch, serial and expiry

Full batch and lot tracking with expiry dates where the product requires it. Allocation follows FEFO so shorter-dated stock moves first, with configurable alerts on approaching expiry so slow-moving stock is addressed before it is written off.

Serial number tracking supports products requiring individual identification for warranty or recall.

Picking strategies

Single-order picking for low volume, batch picking across multiple orders for efficiency, zone picking for large facilities, and wave planning tied to dispatch schedules. Pick paths are sequenced to minimise travel, which is the dominant cost in most picking operations.

Counting and accuracy

Cycle counting by location, category or velocity class, scheduled so counting is continuous rather than an annual shutdown. Variances are recorded with reason capture and approval, and accuracy is reported by location and category so problem areas are visible rather than averaged away.

Integration

Connects to ERP, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and accounting systems, so stock is authoritative in one place and consumed everywhere else rather than maintained separately per channel.
