Hiring engineers takes months and carries real risk. A dedicated team gives you capacity quickly, with the flexibility to change composition as the work changes — without the fixed-scope negotiation that makes project contracts adversarial the moment requirements shift.
This model suits companies with a clear product direction and enough internal ownership to steer the work. It is a poor fit when nobody on your side has time to make decisions; in that case a managed project engagement will serve you better, and we will say so.
How the engagement works
You get named engineers, not an anonymous resource pool. They join your stand-ups, work in your issue tracker, commit to your repositories and are reachable directly on your communication channel during agreed overlap hours. Where required we assign a delivery lead to handle planning and reporting so your managers are not absorbed by coordination.
Engagements run monthly with a notice period, and team composition can change as needs shift — adding a QA engineer before a major release, or a designer for a redesign cycle, without renegotiating a contract each time.
Working across time zones
Our team works from India and overlaps daily with clients across Europe, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, North America and Australia. We commit to a defined overlap window rather than vague availability: typically four or more hours with European and UK teams, and an early-morning-IST overlap for the US West Coast.
The asynchronous half is what makes it work well. Written handovers, decisions recorded in the tracker rather than lost in calls, and enough context in every ticket that work continues while you sleep.
Vetting and continuity
Every engineer we place has been through our own technical assessment and has worked on our delivery projects before being assigned to a client team. You interview candidates before they join and can decline anyone.
We plan for continuity explicitly. Documentation and shared code ownership mean a departure is disruptive rather than catastrophic, and we give notice and a handover period rather than rotating people without warning.
What it costs and what it does not
Monthly rates are all-inclusive — salary, equipment, software licences, workspace, statutory contributions and management overhead. There is no recruitment fee, no severance exposure, and no fixed cost when a project ends. For most clients the comparison that matters is against the fully loaded cost of an in-house hire, including the time to recruit.
