What you will do

  • Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
  • Produce user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interface designs
  • Build and maintain design systems with complete component states
  • Verify accessibility, including contrast and keyboard interaction
  • Work alongside engineers through implementation, not just at handover

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years designing web or mobile applications
  • A portfolio showing complex applications, not only marketing sites
  • Proficiency with Figma and component-based design systems
  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility requirements

Nice to have

  • Experience designing data-dense interfaces such as dashboards or ERP screens
  • Front-end familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Experience running usability testing sessions

These are genuinely optional. If you meet most of the core requirements and none of these, we would still like to hear from you.

How we hire

A short introductory call, then a technical conversation about work you have actually done, then a discussion with the team you would join. We do not set unpaid take-home projects that take a weekend, and we give a decision either way within a week of the final conversation.
