What you will do
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Produce user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interface designs
- Build and maintain design systems with complete component states
- Verify accessibility, including contrast and keyboard interaction
- Work alongside engineers through implementation, not just at handover
What we are looking for
- Three or more years designing web or mobile applications
- A portfolio showing complex applications, not only marketing sites
- Proficiency with Figma and component-based design systems
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility requirements
Nice to have
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces such as dashboards or ERP screens
- Front-end familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Experience running usability testing sessions
